Every C It Sparkle piece is handmade and designed to order. Please review this policy so you understand how the custom process works before your project begins.

Sending Items for Customization​

If you are mailing in an item such as shoes, electronics, clothing, or something else to be embellished, please make sure it belongs to you, is clean, and is in good condition.

C It Sparkle is not responsible for any damage or imperfections that existed before we received it.

Shipping and Delivery

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item to and from C It Sparkle. Work begins only after your item arrives, we confirm it's in good condition, the quote has been accepted and your deposit has been received. For items valued over $150, shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

Quotes and Deposits

Quotes are valid for 3 days.

A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required before materials are ordered or work begins.

The remaining balance must be paid before your order is shipped or picked up. If payment is not received on time, your project may be delayed or cancelled.

Design Approval and Revisions

Before production starts, you will receive a short design summary or mock-up to review.

Small adjustments can be made at that time. Once you approve the design, it is considered final and cannot be changed or refunded.

Production Timeline​

Each design is unique and handcrafted. Production time depends on the materials and the level of detail requested. You will receive an estimated completion date, but timing may vary due to material availability or shipping delays.

Cancellations and Refunds​

Because all work is custom, deposits are non-refundable. Orders that are cancelled after materials are purchased or work has started are not eligible for a refund. In certain cases, a partial credit may be offered toward a future project at our discretion.

Responsibility and Care​

We handle each item with care, but C It Sparkle is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping or while the item is in transit. Once your order is completed and shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer back to you.

Agreement

By submitting a custom order or paying a deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy and understand how the process works.
